Let your neighbours know what you're voting for on May 29

I am excited to announce I’ve printed a limited run of special edition Daveberta lawn signs and I am looking forward to sharing them with some of you!

The “I’m voting for…” lawn signs let you check the election issues most important to you and are a great way to show your neighbours what you’re voting for on May 29. They look great planted on lawns and placed in apartment windows.

If you would like a lawn sign and are a monthly or annual paid subscriber, reply to this Substack newsletter or send me an email at david.cournoyer@gmail.com and I will put your name in a hat. You have until Sunday, May 14 at 11:59pm to enter your name.

If you are not already a paid subscriber you still have time to upgrade to a monthly ($5/month) or annual ($50/year) subscription and then send me an email to enter the draw for a sign.

Paid subscribers also get access to the Daveberta Podcast and special election extras.

The signs will be available for pickup in Edmonton and area at a time arranged bt me and the lucky sign recipients. I am also open to making alternate pickup arrangements.

Friend of Daveberta-level subscribers ($150/year) can get a sign as part of their subscription and don’t have to enter the draw. They can also have a sign delivered to them no matter where they live in Alberta.

If you are already a Friend-level subscriber, you will have received an email from me about getting your lawn sign delivered. For those of you who have already replied to me, your signs are in the mail.

PS. Elections Alberta released the official list of candidates who will be on the ballot, so I am going to spend the weekend poring over the names and updating my list. I’m planning to share some thoughts on the slates of candidates on Monday morning.
